floor function venue with floor to ceiling windows.
The room comfortably seats 140 banquet style or up
to 250 guests cocktail style.
The large adjoining balcony offers views over the
ground and is a great place for pre-dinner drinks.
This brand new venue has state of the art facilities,
a fully fitted kitchen and bar, lift access and ample
parking.
There is also a permanent parquetry dance floor and
small stage with lectern.
Our events team can assist you with a formal sit
down dinner, grazing buffet, cocktail reception,
celebration of life, school fundraising events or
ladies afternoon tea.

BEVERAGES ON CONSUMPTION
A bar tab can be set up at the beginning of your function with a
specied limit. This can be revised as your function progresses
and increased if need be.
We suggest selecting a heavy and light beer,
a sparkling and red and white wines

With a fully stocked bar and beers on tap, your
guests will be able to select from a long list of
drinks, which are available for purchase at bar
prices throughout your function.

Our drinks package has been designed for those who wish to have a more controlled oering outside of a bar tab.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Thank you for selecting Dingley Pavilion to host your function. Prior to utilising the facilities on oer at The Pav we request that you
review the following terms and conditions and forward the Booking Conrmation form together with your deposit to secure your
booking.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
Whether verbal or written, a tentative booking will only hold the required date for a period of 7 days.
An initial deposit of $300 and signed booking conrmation is required within this time or your booking will lapse.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Under the Liquor Licensing Act and Food Safety Standards, no food or beverages may be brought onto the clubs premise
for consumption during the event. No un-authorised use of the kitchen or bar is permitted. Our in house catering team will
be happy to assist you with menu selections and tailoring packages and dietary requirements to suit your needs. All patrons
using the kitchen must have a current Food Handlers Certicate to enter.
Celebration cakes may be supplied. Please no ice cream cakes. If you require your cake to be cut and served a fee will
apply
Conrmation of catering numbers is required 7 days prior to your event. If nal numbers are not received within this time,
the tentative number of guests will become the guaranteed number of guests.
Billing will be based on the number of conrmed guests and not based on a lesser number of guests who attended the
event.
PRICING POLICY
In the unforeseen circumstances, which are outside the control of the club, the club will reserve the right to increase its prices, on
the condition that the increase in the price is reasonable; and the unforeseen circumstance cause nancial detriment to the club
ability to provide its contract services the same quality standard.
CANCELLATIONS
If the event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event all deposits already paid will be 100% refundable.
Events cancelled within 30 days will forfeit deposits paid and may incur a $500 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will incur penalties as above, in addition to total food costs.
PAYMENT
The balance of payment is required 7 days prior to your function date. Final payment of bar tab is to be settled on the evening by
cash or credit card. If settling by cash, a valid credit card will still be required and held on le to cover any additional expenses not
paid on the evening.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
ENTERTAINERS
Entertainers will be supplied a meal at a rate of 50% of the selected menu rate, liaise with your co-ordinator regarding the
requirements for all entertainers.
RSA
Under RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Guidelines, Dingley Pavilion reserves the right to and not limited to:
Refuse serving of alcohol to minors less than 18 years old.
Refuse access or service to people who are suspected of being intoxicated, quarrelsome, disorderly or behaving in a
violent manner.
Remove people from the Club premise who are acting in a manner to be deemed intoxicated quarrelsome, disorderly or
violent.
Dingley Pavilion do not serve shots/test tubes or quick drink items.
SMOKING
Smoking and vaping is not permitted within the Dingley Pavilion.
DAMAGE
Organisers (the person/s signing the function proposal) are nancially responsible for any damage sustained at Dingley
Pavilion premise prior, during or after the event. An additional fee may be charged where necessary repairs or excessive
cleaning is required. It is a condition of hire that all damages caused by you or your guests attending the event are paid
within 7 days of the function date. Attaching items to the walls is prohibited.
Organisers are responsible for ensuring any company or individual, other than Dingley Pavilion and its sta, that are used
for the function (eg: photographers) have all current and required insurances.
Permission must be sought from Dingley Pavilion management for the use of reworks or any other device that may result in
damage to the premises or oval.
LOSS
Dingley Pavilion does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment, personal property or vehicles.
IN ADDITION PLEASE NOTE
There will be a 15% surcharge for any events held on a Public Holiday
Please advise function coordinator or chef as soon as possible in advance of any food allergies or intolerance.
Head Chef reserves the right to substitute ingredients according to seasonal availability.
All our dishes may contain traces of nuts and gluten, unless prior notication
